Booking :

Choose the week(s) you wish to book (please see table below).
Contact us by Phone or E-Mail to confirm.
Complete the short booking form that we will send you.
Send the completed form back to us, together with a cheque for the deposit of £100.00 (£70.00 for short breaks) or the full fee if booking within 8 weeks of your stay.
We will confirm the booking to you.
We will remind you to pay the balance 8 weeks before the start of the booking.
Please pay the outstanding amount within 6 weeks of the start of the booking
We will confirm receipt and send you directions and the location of the key.

Our rates vary from as little as £99 for a short break in the off-season, to £415 for a week in the peak summer period, and include a basket of logs, oil central heating and hot water. There is an extra charge for electricity from October to May (see accommodation page for full details).

Cancellation
If you have to cancel your booking more than 8 weeks before  the commencement  date, we will refund all money paid less an administration charge of £25.00.
If you cancel within 8 weeks of the commencement date, your deposit/payment will be non refundable*. However  we will endeavour to re-let the week/s booked and if successful we will refund your deposit less an admin charge of £25.00.

*We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellation as you are liable for the full amount of your booking once we have issued confirmation.
