Bluestone Cottage location

Bluestone Cottage is located near the village of Hebron, just over a mile from the A478 Narberth to Cardigan Road. Cardigan is about 12 miles and 20 minutes by car, and Narberth is about 10 miles and 15 minutes by car. We are within easy reach of the lovely beaches at Newport and Poppit, and Tenby is about 45 minutes away. We are at the foot of the Preseli Hills from which came the Bluestone that was used to build Stonehenge and also gave its name to our cottage. There are many reminders of the ancient civilizations that once lived in the area, stone circles, burial chambers and remains of ancient trade routes adorn the landscape. History and legend aside, walking in the Preseli Hills makes a refreshing interlude from the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline. The views from the tops seem to go on forever and on a clear day you can see as far as Ireland.
